HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Aviation program in Tennessee. The primary responsibilities include planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of complex airport projects, typically exceeding $5 million, involving managing project staff.

• Act as a doer and seller for current and future airport projects in Tennessee.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, establish client relationships, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct design development and contract document work sessions at project sites with Project Managers, technical professionals, and other disciplines.
• Manage staffing and workload throughout project development to ensure timely completion of documents.
• Collaborate with Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers, and Area or Office Managers for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and oversee personnel training as per strategic plans.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less experienced team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project (Access experience a plus).
• Strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
