As a Dispatcher, you will dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location. You will schedule and monitor the technicians’ schedules daily. You will contact customers to confirm appointments, contact technicians to confirm arrival times, and coordinate with other departments. This position is full time and requires working a varied schedule and rotating weekends.

- 1+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Varied schedule with rotating weekends required
- Hours range between 7am-7pm
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
- Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
- Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
- Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
- Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
- Maintain accurate technician database
- Coordinate parts scheduling
- Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions
- Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
