Overview

Magnolia Home Inspections is seeking a Home Inspector candidate to join our team. We value research, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping home buyers by gathering information and knowledge about homes in a fast-paced process.

$55,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

5 days per week (Weekends are optional). Typically 7:45am - 2pm in the field with 1 to 2 hours of report writing in the afternoon.

Home inspecting is a mentally and physically demanding job. Employees are regularly required to stand; walk; climb or balance on ladders and stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Use of ladders and access to confined spaces may be required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Hybrid on-site, onsite and home in Nashville, TN 37211

• 90 hr inspector training certification completed or in process (Required; inter
