Your role begins here. You ll oversee complete admissions operations for one of our campuses, with total ownership of your enrollment pipeline. No bureaucracy. No transfers. No excess. You ll convert interest into enrollment through rapid response, transparent outcomes, compelling tours, and rigorous selectivity. You ll be the deciding factor when families commit to a school unlike any they ve encountered.

What You Will Be Doing

• Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, relevant communication that avoids generic templates.
• Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our teaching accelerates learning, and which families benefit most.
• Managing the complete admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision calls and onboarding.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS data for weekly reporting and analysis, particularly in Hub Spot.
• Improving admissions materials, standard procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Supervising staff. This is an individual contributor position by design.
• Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles. We operate at startup velocity, not institutional tempo.
• Enrolling every applicant. This model isn t suitable for all families, and you re responsible for identifying the right fit.
• Defending our differences. Our performance data outweighs conventional methods.
• Operating remotely. This is an on-campus, in-person role with occasional local event attendance.

Enrollment Director Key Responsibilities

Own and refine the admissions process to convert qualified prospects into enrolled families. Build a high-conversion, highly selective pipeline that mirrors the precision and outcomes of the 2 Hour Learning model.

Basic Requirements

• 3+ years managing end-to-end admissions at a competitive, tuition-based academic institution
• Demonstrated track record in handling selective enrollment from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
• Outstanding communication abilities, including written correspondence, presentations, and individual engagement
• Comfort working with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
• Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially Hub Spot), time management, and precision in execution
• Currently located in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA;
  San Francisco, CA;
  Orange County, CA;
  Palm Beach, FL; or Dallas, TX
• Work authorization for the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in elite K–12 independent school or selective college admissions
• Experience delivering high-touch, high-conversion enrollment events
• Proficiency with analytics, metrics, and data-informed decision-making
• Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based educational frameworks
