The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Digital Platforms Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Marketing Strategy & Insights team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization.
In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
- Publish and update content across web, app, and notifications; support major digital projects and premium microsite launches; collaborate with digital and design teams on article graphics.
- Drive You Tube performance through cross-team collaboration, A/B testing of titles and thumbnails, playlist and channel management, and publishing long-form and Shorts content.
- Prepare and share weekly performance reports, providing insights to inform content and platform strategy.
- Support fan-focused tool campaigns (PAM), build tracking links and smartlinks, and assist with attribution across platforms.
- Track digital and You Tube trends across NFL clubs and the broader sports landscape, identifying opportunities to improve content, cadence, and packaging.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams required
- Experience with software programs including web CMS (Pocket & Wordpress) and Photoshop preferred, but not required
- Experience with You Tube’s UI preferred
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
