Our Scholar Experience Team (SET), managed by the Chief of Scholar and Family Experience, works regionally to ensure scholars thrive by creating schools where every child feels seen, valued, and connected.
Overview
We are seeking an energized, bilingual Recruitment and Enrollment Manager to join the Scholar Experience Team. This regional role will be radically responsible for generating and converting leads into applications through innovative recruitment strategies and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply a sales-driven mindset to family engagement, ensuring leads are effectively converted into applications and enrollments
- Build and sustain relationships with families, community organizations, and local partners to expand reach and impact.
- Manage leads and enrollment processes using Metro Nashville Optional Application system and Infinite Campus.
- Innovate outreach strategies including events, digital campaigns, and community engagement to meet enrollment goals.
- Partner with school leaders and the Director of Scholar Recruitment to ensure alignment with SET goals and school culture.
- Serve as a culturally responsive ambassador for RePublic Schools, centering belongingness in every interaction.
- Analyze data to inform strategy, track progress, and adjust outreach efforts to meet goals.
- Collaborate within school-based leadership teams to share best practices, celebrate wins, and uphold accountability for results.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Metro Nashville Optional Application system and Infinite Campus.
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, or community outreach, with demonstrated ability to convert interest into commitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to relationship-building across diverse communities.
- Data-informed and results-oriented, able to translate insights into action.
- Deep belief in educational equity and belongingness; passionate about centering belonging for all scholars.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
