Overview

Onsite position available in Atlanta, GA;
Las Vegas, NV;
Nashville, TN;

Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at world-class standards. Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles. Deliver consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes. Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.

Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators. Do not compromise standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation. Do not conduct uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
