You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Annual compensation of $150,000, disbursed weekly. Immediate health coverage, HSA/FSA options, 401(k) Roth available.

- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
- Constructing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and academic outcomes
- Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
- Developing lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them as exceptional facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides using dynamic, interactive, high‑energy professional development
Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
- Professional experience working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
