You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategic architect for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than merely instruct. Your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing everything from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality.
• Building Guide Playbooks that document facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for addressing challenges.
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your emphasis is on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators.
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation.
• Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

Educational Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional quality.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Professional experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Competency in data analysis and applying metrics to inform decision‑making and foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Current legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
