CUMULUS | Nashville features five stations in Nashville, each serving unique audiences. Station lineup includes WGFX (104.5 The Zone), WWTN (Super Talk 99.7 WTN), WSM-FM (95.5 Nash Icon), WKDF (103.3 Country), and WQQK (92Q). A digital suite extends reach nationwide, providing robust listeners daily.

We seek a Part‑Time Promotions Assistant at CUMULUS MEDIA in Nashville, TN. The role blends general office duties with community engagement to promote station presence ponsibilities include prize fulfillment, contest coordination, event preparation, social media posting, brainstorming, and vehicle maintenance support. Candidates must lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and be available to work at least 20 hours weekly across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

An 21‑year‑old with a valid driver’s license and clean record is required.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and digital campaigns.
• Set up and break down remote broadcasts and station events; troubleshoot issues on the fly.
• Represent stations at events in an upbeat, outgoing, and friendly manner.
• Collaborate with promotional partners and gather prizes for giveaways.
• Inventory and maintain a prize closet, calendars, and current and upcoming promotion events.
• Support the Promotions and Business Department with projects as needed in the office.
• Manage vehicle inspections, fuel, and maintenance coordination.
• Maintain and store station equipment.

• 1–2 years of radio experience required.
• Must be 21 years old or older; college education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary.
• Reliable; must have a flexible schedule and be available to work at least 20 hours per week, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• May require lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Outgoing, energetic, detail‑oriented, and responsible.
• Multi‑tasking abilities.
• Event experience and planning preferred.
• Strong social media skills with platforms such as Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Twitch, and Linked In.
