Lead Candle Instructor

The Lead Candle Instructor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading candle-making classes in our newly expanded lounge space. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and hands‑on experience in candle-making. The ideal candidate will create an enjoyable and educational experience for participants while ensuring the highest quality standards.

• Lead candle‑making workshops for groups of various sizes, ensuring an engaging and informative experience.
• Prepare and organize all necessary materials, tools, and ingredients before each class.
• Educate participants on candle‑making techniques, fragrance blending, and safety procedures.
• Assist with private and corporate events, tailoring classes to meet client needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop space.
• Provide guidance and support to attendees, answering any questions and troubleshooting as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or products to enhance workshops.
• Support company‑wide events and special promotions when needed.

Previous experience in candle-making, crafting, or a related field is required.

Teaching, workshop facilitation, or public speaking experience is highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Ability to multitask and manage class schedules effectively.

Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining high‑quality standards.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
