Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesAre you creative? Doyou want to grow your leadership experience? Do you like helping others? If youanswered yes to any of these questions, this position might be for you!
Duties will include:
- Assisting the COE Assistant tothe Dean with answering telephones, running errands to campus offices, andother office duties.
- Assisting the COE Admissions Coordinator with marketing ideas, heartfelt student outreach, runningcampus errands, delivering happies, printing newsletters, etc.
- Assisting the COE faculty withclassroom needs such as preparing copies, typing documents, assemblinginformation packets.
- Serving as first point ofcontact when students and visitors enter the office for assistance.
- Organizing student correspondence and records.
- Helping with miscellaneousoffice duties as needed.
- Must be efficient in Word and Excel.
- Must have Federal Work Study to be considered.
- Must be available to work at least two to three days out of the week, for a minimum of 3 hours each day.
