- Provide after-hour presence for the Leu Center for Visual Arts (LCVA) by monitoring students entering and leaving the building.
- Require students to sign the visitors’ log.
- Remind students to leave shortly before the building closing time.
- Be alert to students/visitor needs and questions.
- Contact Security and the Art Program Assistant in the event of an emergency.
- Assist with WELL Core events and Art receptions.
Working Conditions:
Often stationary, but occasionally may need to lift up to 25-30 pounds.
- The student must be responsible, trustworthy, and be able to work independently.
- They must interact with visitors professionally, demonstrate leadership, and work with other monitors.
- The student should be observant, possess critical thinking skills, and have good judgment.
Required Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. It is not required that you be an Art student.
