• Conduct developmental assessments
• Gain a thorough understanding of each child’s individual challenges
• Make appropriate adaptions for children with special needs
• Maintain up-to‑date documentation
• Ensure classroom designs and operations meet TN State licensing standards and the 3‑Star Rating Program and Tennessee’s Early Learning Standards.

• Associate’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or Special Education along with experience with young children or children with disabilities
• Or High School Diploma along with child development training and at least 1 year of experience with young children or children with disabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour based on experience and education.
