Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to veterans
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
