Psychiatry - Child​/Adolescent Physician

A leading behavioral health organization in the Greater Nashville area is seeking a fellowship-trained Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its adolescent treatment team in Franklin, TN. • Employed, full-time opportunity

• Monday Friday schedule (on-site)

• Adolescent caseload: 14 patients/day

• Mix of Inpatient (IP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

• Unit Director role available for candidates seeking leadership

• Strong interdisciplinary support: nursing, therapists, social work, admissions, and case management

• Daily rounding and treatment plan management

• Psychiatric evaluations and admissions

• Ongoing stabilization and medication management

• Leading treatment team meetings

• Collaboration with clinical leadership and administrative teams

• Optional clinical leadership and program development duties with Unit Director role
