A leading behavioral health organization in the Greater Nashville area is seeking a fellowship-trained Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its adolescent treatment team in Franklin, TN. Position HighlightsEmployed, full-time opportunity
Monday Friday schedule (on-site)
Adolescent caseload: 14 patients/day
Mix of Inpatient (IP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Unit Director role available for candidates seeking leadership
Strong interdisciplinary support: nursing, therapists, social work, admissions, and case management
Daily rounding and treatment plan management
Psychiatric evaluations and admissions
Ongoing stabilization and medication management
Leading treatment team meetings
Collaboration with clinical leadership and administrative teams
Optional clinical leadership and program development duties with Unit Director role
