Job Summary :
Tri Star Summit Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice in Hermitage, Tennessee.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine
- TN Licensure or ability to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Interest in providing primary care in an outpatient setting
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care
- Established, well-managed, primary care practice, outpatient only
- Join 5 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners
- One Location, Office located one block from the hospital
- In office services including blood draw, EKG, spirometry testing, hearing testing, urine drug testing, and x-ray
- Practice Call Only, 1:6,
- Full Time, Schedule M-F, ½ day on Fridays

- As an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, an Accredited Primary Stroke Center, and Level III Trauma Center, Tri Star Summit is a leading provider of emergency heart and stroke care.
- There are more than 300 board-certified physicians representing over 36 specialties on staff, many of whom have offices located on Tri Star Summit's campus.
