This is a full‑time, on‑site Project Architect/Project Manager role based in Nashville. The Project Architect will manage the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring they meet all technical and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include developing designs, managing building information modeling (BIM), producing submittals for project approvals, and collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals and specifications.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Architecture, including assembling construction documents and managing design projects
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to aid in design and documentation
- Knowledge of Submittals and the ability to manage the submission and approval process
- Strong Project Management skills, including leading project teams and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Licensure as a registered architect or working toward licensure
