About the Job
Nashville Smiles is a well‑established, general practice with focus on unmatched patient care & relationships. We are growing and looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist that provides exceptional care, with a can‑do attitude and proactive nature. We are open to both full and part‑time positions.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dental hygienist duties, including prophylaxis, scaling & root planning, periodontal maintenance, and patient education.
- Assess periodontal and oral health status, chart appropriately.
- Collaborate with the clinical team (dentists, assistants, front‑office staff) to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Document patient care, treatment recommendations, compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and home care tailored to their specific needs and comfort levels.
- Create a positive patient experience: greet patients warmly, address their anxieties, maintain a tranquil and comfortable environment, and uphold the aesthetic/ambience standard of the office.
- To have ample time with your patients for relationship building & patient care.
- To treat patients in a spa‑like environment, our practice is a drama‑free, stress‑free zone for our patients as well as our team.
- We know that you play a vital role in the continued growth of our practice, in turn we provide you with the needed support to do so, support from your team & management team.

- Tennessee Dental Hygienist license (required).
- 2+ years experience preferred, not required.
