OverviewAs a Front Desk Receptionist at Edward Perdue Pediatric Dentistry, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized.
Responsibilities- Patient scheduling and confirmation
- Dental health records
- Maintaining patient accounts
- Insurance eligibility
- Direct customer service
- General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Accept constructive feedback
- Conflict resolution and problem solving
- Must be a Team Player
- 2 years office experience (desired)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legible handwriting
- Basic computer skills (prefer Google Suite experience)
Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
