Physician Consultants - Remote - Clinical, Non-clinical

• Consultants are expected to bring their existing skill set to the position, identify additional skills needed to be fully competent as a Consultant in consulting engagements, and develop a plan with the appropriate Sr. Consultant or Director to acquire those skills.
• Sr. Consultants: Responsible for delivering successful consulting engagements to Advisory Solutions clients, either independently or as part of a team. Success is defined by meeting project deliverables on time, including cost savings guarantees, and having the key customer contact serve as a reference for services. Sr. Consultants may take on leadership roles within the project team.

• Remote Physician Consultants, Contract Physicians
• Consultants should leverage their current skills, identify gaps, and plan with senior staff to develop necessary competencies.
• Sr. Consultants are tasked with delivering successful engagements, meeting contractual obligations, and fostering client references. They may also assume leadership roles within projects.

• Knowledge of clinical procedures, healthcare finance, medical terminology, ICD, CPT, and DRG coding is required.
• Experience in cost management or consulting, especially in specialty areas, is required, along with project management skills.
• Ability to analyze scientific, financial, and legal documents; communicate effectively with clients and management; and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
