The Farmer’s Dog is on a mission to change the landscape of pet health by providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. We are building a personalized subscription service that delivers complete and balanced, freshly-made dog food directly to customers’ doors, with a focus on creating innovative and personalized experiences across all aspects of pet care.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)- Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone contacts, email, text and chat.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy while building value in our products.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner with thorough and accurate information.
- Document customer interactions in our contact management system and CRM to improve the customer experience.
- Work independently with customers while sharing information with colleagues (e.g., People Leads/Managers and Cross-Functional Leads).
- Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
- Provide service with a human touch to each customer you help.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
- Resilient with the ability to overcome daily challenges in a CX role.
- Flexible and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- Skilled at de-escalating unhappy customers and turning them into advocates.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willing to go above and beyond for customers and treat each conversation as unique.
- Own mindset, self-starter, and strong attention to detail.
- Positive demeanor and willingness to learn and grow in a new environment.
- Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
