Position: Fan Usher (Part Time - Game Day Staff)
The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall fan experience by creating a welcoming, engaging, and safe environment for all guests! This role encompasses a wide range of customer service and fan engagement responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, communication, and problem-solving. Team members support game day operations by assisting with guest needs, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and contributing to smooth event execution.
