Job Description
The Customer Service Liaison plays a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, positive client experiences, and efficient resolution of inquiries. This position acts as a trusted point of contact, supporting customers while maintaining alignment with internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Maintain clear, professional communication between customers and internal teams
- Track and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support administrative and coordination tasks related to customer service operations
- Uphold company standards, policies, and service expectations at all times
