DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing informative solutions about our products and services.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions in the support system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
