What’s the OpportunityAs a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our customer experience. You’ll assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating service and supply requests; playing an essential role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What Will You Do?- Field inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Research and identify effective solutions to customer issues
- Enter incoming service and supply requests accurately
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Care Manager
- High School Diploma required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time
