Community Event Staff; Nashville

We’re a creative marketing agency looking for outgoing, dependable, and community‑minded individuals to join our team as Event Ambassadors for a public education campaign. You’ll play a key role in bringing important messages to life through in‑person engagement at events across the Nashville area. If you enjoy connecting with people, working in fast‑paced environments, and being part of meaningful outreach, this opportunity is for you!

• Represent a public campaign at local community events and activations
• Greet and engage attendees in a welcoming and informative way
• Distribute campaign materials and giveaways
• Help with event setup and breakdown (tables, signage, displays)
• Support the onsite team with crowd engagement and brand visibility
• Share feedback and insights from your experience on the ground

• Must be located in Nashville, TN
• Events may require staffing for up to 3‑7 hours
• Flexible, event‑based schedule – great for students, freelancers, or those with part‑time availability
• Must be friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with people
• Able to stand for extended periods and help with light event setup
• Previous event, brand ambassador, or customer experience preferred
• Interest in public service, education, or community work
