Join Legal Intake Professionals as a Legal Intake Client Support Representative! In this role, you serve as a welcoming voice for our firm, handling initial inquiries for personal injury matters. Our representatives are the initial point of contact via incoming phone calls for clients seeking assistance with personal injury matters. Empathy, compassion, accuracy, and communication skills are vital. Your day‑to‑day will include handling incoming client calls, following detailed scripts, filling out intake forms, and receiving calls electronically by live transfer.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A professional phone voice that shows care, patience, and concern
• Active‑listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fully
• The ability to ask appropriate questions
• Expertise in engaging with a broad range of individuals to gather pertinent details to determine viability of their claims
• Accurate and fast typing skills
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment
• A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A high school diploma or GED, 18 years of age or older

Standard rate: $18/hour. Perfect attendance reward: $20/hour.

• Full Time – 40 hours
• Available shift times:
  • 12 pm–9 pm
  • 3 pm–12 am
  • 7 am–4 pm
• Must be available to work a Saturday or Sunday each week
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality

Training will last approximately three weeks, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Upon successful completion, you will transition to your scheduled shift.
