PART-TIME SATURDAY RECEPTIONIST – LEXUS OF NASHVILLE (SERVICE DEPARTMENT)

Hours:

Saturdays, 7 AM – 5 PM | Pay: $15-16/hour | Additional days/hours may be available

Lexus of Nashville is looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Part‑Time Receptionist to join our Service Department team on Saturdays. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the welcoming face of a professional environment, we want to hear from you!

• Greet all visitors and determine their needs with professionalism and warmth
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
• Answer and transfer incoming calls, or take clear, detailed messages
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments
• Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed
• Follow all receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence

• Reliable and punctual – must be able to work Saturdays from 7 AM to 5 PM
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable using computers and multi‑line phone systems
• Customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
