Whatyou’ll do as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner through our internal systems.
- Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist customers with returns, credits, and order adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential service disruptions or opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and solution-focused communication.
- Support various administrative tasks and reporting as required.
- 2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or administrative support experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).
- Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
