The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Gameday Content & Presentation Fellow to support the day-to-day execution of gameday content, live presentation elements, and interactive platforms. This role works closely with the Manager of Gameday Content & Presentation and collaborates across multiple departments to support in-venue storytelling, live execution, and content operations.
In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth.
This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with gameday content preparation and execution, including proofreading graphics, supporting content delivery workflows, and ensuring assets are organized and game-ready.
- Support non-linear editing needs using Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Assist with video shoots and content productions, including basic on-set support and asset management (camera operation experience is a plus but not required).
- Support live gameday operations, including learning and operating interactive platforms and assisting with in-venue content execution.
- Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and workflows to support efficient content operations.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Video Production, Broadcasting, Media Studies or related field preferred
Experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of non-linear video editing workflows
- Familiarity with live events, sports production, or game presentation (college, professional, or similar experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in live production settings
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, major stadium event days and gamedays as needed
- This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
