The Lead Studio Operator is responsible for supporting multiple production functions across the assigned Studio including camera operations, stylist, styling assistant, merchandise coordinator, studio maintenance and upkeep. In this role you will be mentored by the Studio Manager as well as leaders in various specialties on best practices.
This role is located in Memphis, TN
The Work- Prepping/Calibrating photo sets according to pre-determined lighting diagrams
- Trouble shooting photography equipment and software issues
- Ensuring computers are following Accenture security requirements
- Assisting staff and freelancers in uploading / relinking images
- Providing direction to other operators / freelancers on photographic standards
- Capturing the image of the products on set
- Reviewing the final captured image and if the lighting or styling is off, correcting sets to ensure the lighting and standards are accurate
- Ensure that the sku and angle matches the product on hand
- Responsible for prepping merchandise
- Responsible for styling merchandise on set according to pre-determined styling guides
- Responsible for keeping operators on task / target shot counts
- Responsible for unpacking merchandise and checking it in
- Communicate regularly with the team to ensure daily priorities, shot counts, and standards are met / exceeded
- Minimum 12 months experience in the photography industry
- Photography experience is in a commercial product / on-figure / E-commerce setting
- Experience with Capture One, Adobe Camera Raw/ Photoshop
- Associate Degree in Fine Arts, related Arts/Creative program or 2 years of college level courses in a related field
- Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Team player
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
