Job OverviewWe’re seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who can concept, edit, and produce high-impact video content for TV, OTT, digital advertising, and social platforms. In this role, you will take full ownership of your projects, creating ads that tell a compelling story from initial concept through to final delivery.
This position reports to the VP of Marketing and operates in a high-output, deadline-driven environment that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who can independently manage the entire production pipeline—transforming raw ideas into polished commercials that elevate brand perception and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Production: Own all aspects of video projects, driving the creative process from concept and storytelling to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
- Commercial Creation: Concept, design, and produce TV and OTT commercials using stock imagery, in-house footage, and motion graphics.
- Digital Ad Performance: Create digital video ads for Meta, OTT, display, and social platforms with performance best practices in mind.
- Visual Storytelling: Translate brand messaging into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences across the marketing funnel (TOF / MOF / BOF).
- Technical Execution: Apply motion graphics, typography, pacing, and sound design to create professional, review-ready deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, copy, and cross-functional teams to align creative with campaign goals.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Thrive in a high-output environment, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to track and update project progress using Asana or equivalent tools.
- Maintain clear communication regarding timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth project flow.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance visuals, generate assets, and create AI-assisted voiceovers for advertisements where appropriate.
- Maintain brand consistency while continuously elevating visual quality.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Required. - Design
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong sense of pacing, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of Figma for layout, asset preparation, or collaboration.
- 3–5 years professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or commercial production.
- Motion graphics: 3-5 years
- Video editing: 3-5 years
- Adobe Creative Suite: 3-5 years
- Proven ability to own projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of video advertising best practices across platforms.
- Portfolio demonstrating both story-driven commercials and conversion-focused digital ads.
- Highly organized with excellent project management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience producing retail, consumer electronics, or product-driven advertising.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video, design, and voice generation tools.
- Understanding of audio mixing, color correction, and light compositing.
