Currently, we manage three Youtube channels, with our primary channels being Shiloh & Bros and The Nelson Boys. Combined, they have over 15 million subscribers. We are looking for ambitious, outside of the box thinkers and creatives to help us grow our channels. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about creating videos, has a good eye for detail, and is always looking for ways to improve. We are looking for individuals who can bring new and innovative ideas to the table. We are based in greater Nashville area and are willing to help relocate the right candidate.

We are looking for a well-rounded Video Editor who is eager to learn and grow and has a passion for storytelling, creativity, and experimenting with new techniques. In this role, you’ll perform a series of tasks to help make the videos come to life, with our main production scripted channel, our un-scripted challenge channel, and even our gaming videos. Will handle media managing, project setup, assist with footage editing, along with other assets of post-production depending on your skillsets & the areas you thrive in.

This is a highly creative position that requires someone with a You Tube-native style; quick, punchy edits, bold motion graphics, and a strong sense of pacing and retention. You’ll collaborate closely with our editing team to refine storylines, experiment with effects, and ensure every video is as entertaining as it is polished.

Experience needed:

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere
• Media Management
• Project Setup
• Assembling and editing cuts
• Adding creative flair: animations, transitions, music, and sound design to enhance the viewing experience
• Working with other Editors and creative leads to work on content pacing and viewer engagement
• Working alongside other editors to share techniques, improve workflows, and maintain consistent quality
• Delivering drafts on time, ideally ahead of deadlines, and iterating quickly based on feedback. Highly accountable and reliable, consistently hitting or exceeding deadlines
• Open to feedback, and able to incorporate notes quickly and effectively

Helpful Skillsets:

• Experience with motion graphics, rotoscoping, and basic compositing techniques using After Effects
