Aboutthe Role
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Associate Creative Director to help lead and elevate our brand across all channels. You’ll set the creative direction, and turn big ideas into compelling, high-impact work that drives business results. This role blends strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional creative execution. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. Looking for a creative, independent thinker who also takes direction well and possesses strong time management skills.
You will also help create content for all social media platforms and lead/ be involved in projects that have to do with creating media, events, and website related materials. Pay range is from $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience with room for growth.
- Help Define and evolve the overall creative vision and brand identity
- Help Lead, mentor, and inspire a team
- Oversee creative concepts and execution across digital, print, social, video, and experiential projects
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative work with business goals
- Present creative concepts and campaigns to management
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Stay current with design trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments
- Provide constructive feedback and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture

- Experience in photography, tech, fashion, fashion merchandising, art, design, entertainment, etc.
- Motion, video, or experiential campaign experience
- Background in both brand and performance marketing
- Familiarity with creative tools and workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
