Build Witt's mission is to build the Dirt World's next generation by helping companies attract top talent, train them to their fullest potential, and retain them for the long haul.

Build Witt is hiring a Videographer to help our team capture the best of the Dirt World. This is a chance to work with a high-caliber team, traveling the US and abroad, for a mission that matters.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. Travel varies by production schedule and season. There are ebbs and flows to the schedule but expect to be on the road 2-3 weeks a month.

• Pre-Production & Planning:
  Actively participate in pre-production, creating shotlists and prepping for shoots.
• Pre-Production & Planning:
  Contribute creative ideas for how to best capture content.
• Production / In-Field:
  Travel to construction and mining sites to shoot video.
• Production / In-Field:
  Operate handheld cameras, gimbals, or drones as needed.
• Production / In-Field:
  Set up and manage lighting, audio, and supporting gear.
• Production / In-Field:
  Bring a proactive, positive presence to shoots.
• Production / In-Field:
  Represent Build Witt professionally on sites and with partners.
• Post-Production & Workflow:
  Maintain and organize gear, media, and storage.
• Post-Production & Workflow:
  Help ensure gear readiness day-to-day.
• Post-Production & Workflow:
  Assist with editing/post-production between trips as needed.

• Strong passion for cinematography and visual storytelling.
• Proven experience operating cameras in professional environments.
• Ability to follow creative direction, shot lists, and workflows.
• Ability to organize gear and media.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to improve.
• You love being active (this is a physically demanding job) and shooting in outdoor environments.
