Kal Mayer. Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.

Location:
Nashville, TN. We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on commercial construction projects, focusing on tilt‑up and concrete construction. The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Our projects are primarily commercial developments in medical, education, and hospitality sectors.
- Manage daily jobsite operations and construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials
- Oversee tilt‑up and concrete scopes and ensure proper sequencing
- Maintain project schedule, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- 5–10 years of commercial construction field experience
- Tilt‑up and/or concrete construction experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety practices, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
