Development Operations Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Development Operations Analyst to support our growing real estate development platform. This role focuses on improving coordination and process alignment across Pre‑Development, Construction (Owners Rep), and Architecture.

All activities will be performed in support of the values of Elmington Construction.

• Strong excel and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple active projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field

• Track project progression from design through construction start
• Maintain development pipeline dashboard and milestone reporting
• Ensure complete and accurate handoffs to Construction
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Support cross-functional coordination across development teams
