We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to bring structure, oversight, and accountability to active projects while maintaining our quality standard.
What You’ll Do- Oversee projects from kickoff through completion
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage timelines, budgets, and material flow
- Ensure signed change orders are secured before work begins
- Maintain documentation (photos, updates, progress tracking)
- Communicate clearly with clients and set expectations
- Identify issues early and solve them before they escalat e
- Protect the quality standard on every job
You will be responsible for making sure projects do not live in someone’s head. Organization and follow-through matter.
Requirements- Prior construction project management or superintendent experience
- Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
- Experience coordinating subcontractors
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear, direct communication
