• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including managing on-site workforce and subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to project plans and specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, clients, and on-site teams
• Manage logistics related to materials, equipment, and tools to ensure smooth workflow and prevent delays
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently to keep projects on schedule
• Document daily progress and report to project managers regularly on site status

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to manage diverse teams effectively
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents accurately
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges quickly
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety procedures relevant to construction sites
