What you will be doing- Project Management
- Review RFI
- Review ASI
- Manage Project Scope Changes & Price Accordingly
- Submit Monthly Billing
- Prepare Schedule of Values
- Budgeting
- Scheduling with Field Director
- Handle Change Orders
- Conduct Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
- Work Directly with the Superintendent and the Project Manager of the General Contractor
- Approve Invoices
- Concrete Construction
