Overview
Administrative Professional
If you have mad office and people skills, apply your talents in the construction/restoration industry. Basic construction knowledge is helpful, but not necessary.

- Assist Project Managers (PM's) in seeing projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate schedules of estimators and PM's.
- Assist PM's to process Work Orders, order materials, maintain budgets, and other job related tasks.
- Use software to maintain project calendars.
- Use software to maintain subcontractor work agreements.
- Record client selections.
- Manage invoicing and collections for all projects.
- Help ensure customer happiness through establishing expectations, providing great service, and soliciting customer feedback/surveys.
- General office administrative tasks.
