Job Details

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle including pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring work is progressing as planned.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction crew and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with ICRA requirements and OSHA safety regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans, including emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with design and specifications.
• Manage any onsite issues, unexpected delays, or changes to the initial project plan.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff and administration to minimize disruption to hospital operations during renovations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, ICRA, and other relevant safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different project sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field would be a plus.
