Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and completion within designated budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project operations.
  • Monitor and report project progress, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance throughout project phases.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale multifamily wood-frame and high-end renovation projects.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, emphasizing a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing construction management software and technology platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Availability for on-site work arrangements.
