Field Superintendent; Commercial Plumbing​/HVAC - US Caribbean

A company with over 54 years experience in healthcare, hospitality, correctional, sports & entertainment mechanical construction and service has a full-time position available for a field superintendent.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 5 years of recent verifiable experience in overseeing projects related to commercial/mechanical plumbing. Experience overseeing mechanical HVAC and piping will be a huge plus.

***** This is a full-time position that requires employees to live and work in the Caribbean.

• The superintendent will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

• Responsible for the quality installation
• Responsible for project administration
• Ensure their Project Manager is accurately and fully informed.
• Accurately managing assigned manpower
• Stay within the project budget.
• Ensure all materials are on site prior to starting tasks.
• Attending all job site meetings.
• Daily quality control.
• Make sure all subs follow company regulations.

• Must be able to live and work in the Caribbean.
• Must have at least 5 years of recent verifiable experience.
• Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling.
• Must be a team player and take pride in all work.
• Must have a valid driver's license (Issuing State Does Not Matter)
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work overtime.
