AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent for our ongoing construction at the Tennessee Titans Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN.
- Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
- Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.
- May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.
- Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
- Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.

- BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of relevant construction Superintendent experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Prior experience in sports/stadium or arena construction.
- BS/BA Construction Management.
- Direct construction experience in stadium, sports or arena projects in excess of $100MM.
- Experience in the selection and coordination of subcontracted labor in: MEP trades, underground utilities, interior construction, etc.
- Experience in documenting and reporting such as accurate daily reports, site logs, inspection records, RFIs, contract modifications, and critical path schedules.
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications,
- Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Experience with punch list and closeouts including final inspections, client walkthroughs to ensure smooth project closeout.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, methods, cost management, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Office Suite, scheduling software).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address on‑site challenges.
- OSHA safety certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
