Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to support and oversee safety operations across active construction job sites. This role will work closely with foremen, site leadership, and the General Contractor (GC) to ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and enforce safety protocols on active construction sites
- Assist foremen with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and daily safety planning
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site walks
- Work directly with the General Contractor (GC) to coordinate safety efforts and address concerns
- Inventory, manage, and restock safety supplies on site
- Distribute safety equipment and PPE to employees as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
- Address and document safety incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
- Perform various job duties related to construction safety as required
- Minimum OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Card (required)
- At least 2 years of construction safety experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with foremen, workers, and management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying hazards
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple job sites

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 – $70000.00/yr.
