Estimator - Site Development | $100K-$170K | Hiring ASAP

I'm working with a rapidly growing site development contractor known for top-tier work in land grading, clearing, and drainage solutions. They've built a solid reputation for precision, reliability, and long-term partnerships-especially with national homebuilders.

From farmland and neighborhoods to commercial pads and warehouses, this team is shaping the Southeast's landscape one project at a time. Now, they're looking to hire a Senior Estimator who can hit the ground running.

What They Need:

• Experience estimating site development (subdivisions, warehouses, retail, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of dirt work, utilities, and infrastructure layout
• 10+ years preferred, but open to less for the right fit
• HCSS experience is a major plus
• No degree required-real-world experience matters more
