DescriptionWe are a growing concrete contractor ($10mil+rev) based in Middle Tennessee specializing in new construction projects for retail, banks, hotels, industrial, and big box store clients. Our work includes concrete foundations, flatwork, and site work on commercial-scale projects ranging from $100,000 - $2,000,000.
We are looking for experienced, motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in running concrete construction projects and want to be part of a fast-paced, professional team. Competitive pay based on experience, steady work, and opportunities for growth with an established company. We are open to remote roles for the best of the best individuals.
Responsibilities- Project Management
- Review RFI ASI Project Scope Changes & Price Accordingly
- Submit Monthly Billing
- Schedule of Values
- Budgeting
- Scheduling with Field Director
- Change Orders
- Weekly Subcontractor Meetings
- Work Directly with the Superintendent and the Project Manager of the General Contractor
- Construction Management
