Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Nashville, TN for a Demolition Equipment Operator. The role involves operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as excavators and loaders for demolition projects. Responsibilities include safely demolishing structures, sorting and separating materials, adhering to safety regulations, conducting equipment inspections, and collaborating with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications
  • Experience operating heavy demolition equipment such as excavators, loaders, and dozers safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting
  • Understanding of demolition techniques, safety compliance, and usage of protective equipment
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow site plans and instructions
  • Proactive communication skills and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • A valid driver’s license and, ideally, a commercial driver’s license (CDL)
  • Experience in construction, environmental remediation, or a related field is an advantage
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on all projects
